These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by MiaoDesk, Inc. ("MiaoDesk," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. These SMS Terms supplement, and do not replace, the MiaoDesk Terms of Service and the MiaoDesk Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these SMS Terms and the MiaoDesk Terms of Service with respect to text messaging, these SMS Terms control.

1. Our Messaging Program1. 我们的短信计划

MiaoDesk operates one text messaging program, MiaoDesk Studio Outreach. The program sends informational and promotional messages to massage studio owners, managers, and operators who have opted in as described in Section 2, about the MiaoDesk AI phone receptionist service. Messages may describe the service, offer a demonstration or free trial, or follow up on your conversation with a MiaoDesk representative.

2. How You Opt In2. 您如何选择加入

You will only receive messages from MiaoDesk Studio Outreach if you have affirmatively opted in. Opting in takes two steps. First, during a phone call with a MiaoDesk representative, you verbally agree to receive text messages from MiaoDesk at the mobile number you provide. Second, MiaoDesk sends a single text message to that number asking you to confirm, and you are enrolled only if you reply YES. If you do not reply YES, you will not receive any further messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any MiaoDesk product or service.

Message and data rates may apply. MiaoDesk does not charge a fee for participating in its messaging program. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive, according to your plan. 5. How to Opt Out5. 如何选择退出

Reply STOP to any MiaoDesk message to stop receiving text messages. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further messages. 回复 STOP 至任何 MiaoDesk 消息即可停止接收短信。您也可回复 END、CANCEL、UNSUBSCRIBE 或 QUIT。在您发送上述任一关键词后，我们将发送一条确认消息，之后不再向您发送任何消息。

To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP, or opt in again using the method described in Section 2. You may also opt out by emailing support@miaodesk.com with the mobile number you wish to remove.

7. Delivery and Carrier Liability7. 投递与运营商责任

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on mobile carrier networks and on factors outside MiaoDesk's control, including network coverage, device settings, and carrier filtering. MiaoDesk uses Twilio Inc. as its messaging infrastructure provider. Supported carriers are subject to change. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility8. 资格

To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you provide a mobile number you are not authorized to enroll, you must reply STOP immediately and notify us at support@miaodesk.com.

If you change or relinquish your mobile number, you agree to notify MiaoDesk so that messages are not sent to a subsequent holder of that number.

Information sharing with subprocessors necessary to deliver this messaging program, such as our messaging infrastructure provider, is not sharing for marketing or promotional purposes and is not restricted by the preceding sentence.

Our collection and handling of personal information, including mobile numbers, is described in the MiaoDesk Privacy Policy.

MiaoDesk may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and post the revised version at miaodesk.com/sms-terms. Material changes affecting program content or frequency will be communicated to enrolled participants before they take effect.
